Echofon reaches Android
Echofon is an application to manage the social network Twitter more popular among users of Macs and Apple mobile devices, and today, the team has been a big surprise to users of rival platform iOS, and you without notice have released the first version of Echofon for Android.
This first release is a stage “Alpha” application development, so it still has a long way to polish and fix errors, however, works very well, and to use both without problems in everyday and keep abreast of our contacts on Twitter through it.
Its design is clean, and is based on Android HOLO interface, so that those who have version 4.0 or higher of the operating system will feel very familiar. In addition, you can have a dark or black background for the appearance of the application. However, the interface becomes somewhat simplistic and practically anything special, but we must remember that it is a launch in Alpha, it still has a long way to grow.
One of the best features is that it has Push notifications, which work so astonishing for a first launch of the application, in fact, mentions and direct messages in Twitter I get faster via Echofon that by applying to normally use.
For now Echofon is not available in the Google Play Store, but if you can download from the official link that its developers have provided for those who want to try (compatible with Android version 2.1 and up), which will be much appreciated, especially knowing the problems that Twitter is causing manufacturers to others using their API. Of course, since this is a free version with a small advertising bar at the top, but when the final release of Android will Echofon Pro version without ads.Tags: Android, applications, Echofon
