How to revive the developer menu in Android 4.2
With the recent departure of four Nexus and Nexus 10 , Google has released its latest update to Android 4.2. Whether you are the possessor of one of the new devices as if you plan to upgrade your phone Android should know that the developer menu is no longer where it used to be.
In this new update Google has hidden the menu display, perhaps in an attempt to prevent the menu is activated by who should not. It’s a move that makes sense as it is many people do not even need USB debugging and want to know what that is. To do so I guess they have decided to hide the menu and if someone wants to rooting your phone will not cost you too find information on how to turn it back on.
To make available our menu must follow a very simple procedure. We head to Settings and once inside we move to the end of the menu, where we will find the option Device Information. Once in there look for the option and click Build Number seven times the number. Having done this we would have to leave a message telling us that we are already developers. Then, in the Settings section, we’ll see the option.
We recall that the developer menu options are essential if we are rooting the phone and installing modified roms but if you do not have it clear the options that can provide better investigate this menu until you understand that means active.Tags: Android 4.2, Android Jelly Bean
