iAnnotate: revised PDF documents and add annotations from Android

The format PDF is one the most used when sending documents, for example via e-mail or leave it accessible through a web page. As a standard and also be a cross-platform format, the documents in this format can be viewed from any device (keeping the aspect, margins or format) and mobile devices are no exception. Today there are many professionals who review documents from their smartphones and taking advantage, for example, the movement to get some work done. When we are conducting a review of a document, one of the typical is to take notes, something we can do from the desktop with Adobe Reader and, in the case of having a tablet Android , we can also do with iAnnotate PDF .

In a tablet can review documents with some comfort and, at present, many professionals in the office leave your laptop and hit the road or into a meeting armed with a tablet on which review documents or make notes. Obviously, within the autonomy offered to travel slightly lighter load, avoid carrying a paper notebook to take notes or keep changing application (from the viewer and a note-taking application) is something appreciated.

With that idea arises precisely iAnnotate PDF that offers users of tablets (from Android 2.3) highlight the most relevant fragments or make handwritten notes, just as they would if they had printed the document and were performing revising the paper. The application is very easy to handle and, for operational, not an extra effort or a change in the way of work of someone who is used to the classic (but no green) method to print documents and take handwritten notes. The application also supports tabs where we can go over opening a file and, thus, jump between each of them with a simple change of eyelashes, a nice feature when reviewing various documents or compare changes between them.

The approach, in my opinion, is simple, but still has some ways to improve and polish, overall, iAnnotate PDF is a resource to be taken into account if we use our tablets Android for reviewing documents since we will be much more effective in our work and become independent from the traditional paper notebook.
