LG publishes dates updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
It’s been several months since Google released the new version of its mobile operating system, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean tablet together with Nexus 7 . However, many manufacturers are still barely begin updating their devices to this version. Today, LG has announced its schedule who updates to Android 4.1 , which will start from next month.
This company has repeatedly been criticized for the time it takes to Update their smartphones to the latest versions of Android, or worse, to leave many of their handsets without the ability to receive these updates. In this case, unfortunately does not seem to be the exception.
First announced that sometime in November will begin updating the LG Optimus LTE II, a terminal that has left even South Korea, his home country. Then follow the month of December to update the new LG Optimus G that occurred during the last IFA 2012. Finally, announce that the LG Optimus Vu and the new LG Optimus Vu II will have to wait until the first quarter of 2013 to receive your update.
What’s more, “they forgot” to announce the update of LG Optimus 4X HD , a terminal that occurred in the last MWC 2012 as its smartphone star and apparently is no update to Android Jelly Bean. Incredible.
Again LG confirms his reputation as a lousy give support to its users, leaving out of the latest version of the operating system on most terminals which launched this year as Optimus L7 and L5 Optimus , to name a few, and also take an enormous amount of time to update if announced.
It’s amazing how a company can create such fantastic terminals can support so bad, especially when it appears that will be responsible for making Google’s next Nexus would come with a new version of Android.Tags: Android Jelly Bean, LG, Update
