Spectre XT HP TouchSmart, high-potential new ultrabook at IFA

In the last CES 2012, HP presented his Ultrabook Envy 14 Spectre , a computer that looks spectacular, great potential and a fairly slim body to take you where you want without problems. Well this have surprised us by presenting his successor, new HP TouchSmart Spectre XT.

This new Ultrabook company maintains the spectacle of his predecessor (including that beautiful design) but adds several important new features, such as having Windows 8 and its touch screen becomes to get all the benefits of this operating system. Also, it no longer has “only” 14 inches but its panel happens to have a size of about 16 inches for greater enjoyment of the user.

Features XT TouchSmart Spectre

  • 15.6-inch IPS display with resolution of 1920×1080 pixels (FullHD).
  • Its screen is multitouch and is protected by Gorilla Glass.
  • Intel Ivy Bridge generation to choose.
  • RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB.
  • Storage thanks to a solid disk (SSD) to choose from.
  • Ports: Two USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt.
  • HDMI output.
  • Maximum thickness of 18 mm and weight of 2 kg.
  • Operating system Windows 8.

Of course, like its predecessor, will have the lowest price on the market. In fact, awaiting the arrival of this Spectre XT TouchSmart to stores from next November for a base price of 1,200 euros, but to have such a design, features and qualities, certainly many are already starting to save for gain one.
