The Galaxy Note II reaches 5 million units sold
Samsung, lately, is getting very good results in the world of Android devices. Last month we saw that in the tablet market theirs had grown 325% in the last year. Today, however, we learned that the Galaxy Note II has sold over 5 million units to stores and operators.
Samsung is unlike any other because their statistics are not based on units sold to end users. The numbers are often given the number of terminals bought vendors, such as stores. Because the way you measure it, it is impossible to compare with accuracy with other companies that report the number of devices in the hands of end users.
The Galaxy Note II has been one that has caused a furor phablet from scratch. Just 37 days after offered for sale had distributed a considerable amount of 3 million units and another 2 in the last month. So, will try to beat its predecessor the Galaxy Note that I managed to exceed the figure of 10 million in nine months.
From Samsung expect to reach a staggering 20 million units. From now on track in two months since sold 5 million have already been served a quarter of their overall expectations. In addition, one must take into account that this is a high-end terminal, halfway between a phone and a tablet. Therefore, a mobile is not considered for the masses.
As was released in Gizmodo did an analysis of the terminal. We discussed its all its facets and we concluded that it was an excellent device for those who prefer to have a larger screen combined with a range much better than conventional phones.
The Samsung Galaxy Note II is a very powerful phablet on track. So far, in two months and has sold over 5 million units. Will get to the 20 it expects Samsung?Tags: Samsung, Samsung Galaxy Note II
